Papua New Guinea’s Bourbon-style vanilla is among the most sought-after in the world, known for its high vanillin content, rich aroma, and creamy flavour. Grown in lush tropical rainforests and cultivated using traditional organic methods, PNG vanilla is a premium ingredient used in gourmet food, fragrances, and cosmetics.
Unlike other vanilla-producing regions, PNG farmers rely on hand-pollination and sun-curing techniques, making each bean a product of expert craftsmanship and care.
